Andréa Magalhães Magdaleno dheka – BPM Consulting and Academy

CEO and Founder – BPM Specialist – Professor and Researcher
Andréa was a professor at the Institute of Computing (IC) at Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF). She worked as a post-doctor and researcher at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (COPPE / UFRJ) in 2014 and at Universidade Federal do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO) in 2015. She completed a Doctorate in Software Engineering focusing on Processes and Collaboration at COPPE / UFRJ in 2013.
Experienced in participating in consulting projects for different companies, such as the Brazilian Navy, Petros, Vale, TIM, Petrobras, SENAI-CETIQT, Shell, National Archives, and Mongeral Aegon. She has been working for 20 years in Business Process Management (BPM) and Project Management and Requirements.
She also teaches postgraduate and extension courses. She has mentored students and published works in national and international congresses and journals related to the areas mentioned above.
As a digital expert, she maintains dheka’s YouTube channel, the dhekaCast channel podcasts on Spotify, Deezer, and Apple Podcast. She contributes to publications on the dheka blog and is a speaker and mentor.

Michael Rosemann QUT - Queensland University Technology

Director of the QUT Centre for Future Enterprise
Dr Michael Rosemann is the Director of the Centre for Future Enterprise and a Professor for Information Systems at the School of Management, Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Brisbane, Australia.
Dr Rosemann has a comprehensive teaching portfolio ranging from teaching the first semester subject ‘Future Enterprise’ in QUT’s Bachelor of Business to units on ‘Business Process Design’, ‘Smart Decision Making’, ‘Strategic Management’ and ‘Advanced Strategy for Global Businesses’ in QUT’s (Executive) MBA program. He is also a regular contributor to QUT’s Executive Education in the areas of ‘Leadership in the Digital Age’ and ‘Lean Management’. Dr Rosemann’s main areas of research are corporate innovation, revenue resilience, business process management and trust management. His work is focused on creating compelling future worlds with today’s possibilities that make current practices obsolete. As a researcher and advisor to board rooms and senior executives he is committed to advancing research-informed knowledge and confidence in order to appreciate the emerging design space and to create an increased ‘sense of ambition’ and innovation appetite.
Michael is the author/editor of eleven books, including the BPM Handbook, also available in Portuguese. He has published over 400 papers, is an Editorial Board member of nine international journals, and co-inventor of US patents. Dr Rosemann has presented his work at all major global BPM conferences and delivered keynotes in more than 30 countries.
